Question: Is earlobe part of face in wudhu? In other words, is it fardh to wash face including earlobe?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1045/869/B=1433) In wudhu, it is not fardh to wash earlobes while washing the face. The earlobes are not included in the face.
