Question: In our office we have English urination (commode) system installed. I do istinja while standing in front of commode (no splashes even) and then slightly move to washbasin and wash it thoroughly. Is this right?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 446/446/M=1433) Hadith forbids from urinating standing without a valid reason. If there is no place available in your office or near your office where you can urinate sitting and there is no other way except it, then it is allowable to urinate standing in compulsion, but after all you will have to avoid the urine splashes.
