Title: is Gusl necessary after insertion even if there is no ejaculation from the women's side but only liquidation

Question: I would like to know that if a husband and wife have sexual pleasure and insert his penis into his wife's vagina but the woman does not have a fall neither does the man. He withdraws his penis covered with condom and has a fall out side the vagina, but the woman only has liquidation. So in this case does the woman has to bathe from head to toe as the ghusl has now become fardh or she can just clean herself , do wudhu and offer prayer. Please advise.

(Fatwa: 200/151/B=1433) It is mentioned in the hadith: إذا دخل / التقی الختان الختان فقد وجب الغسل . In case the glans of penis enters into the vagina of woman while doing intercourse then ghusl shall be wajib on both of them, whether they semen was discharged or not. In such case only wudhu shall not be enough.
