Mazi (spermatorrhea) invalidates wuzu but it does not make ghusl compulsory:

لا عند مذی أو ودیّ بل الوضوء منہ ومن البول جمیعا علی الظاھر۔ قولہ 'لا عند مذی' ای لا یفرض الغسل عند خروج مذی۔ (در مع رد المحتار: 1/304، ط زکریا، دیوبند)
