Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 857/857=J)

(1) The wuzu is not nullified by looking at mirror or by combing. There is no mentioning of such things in Islamic Fiqh.

(2) If the nail polish prevents water from reaching the skin then the wuzu will be void. When the wuzu will not take place salah will automatically not be valid.
