If you are not mazoor i.e. you find a period of time in which you can perform wudhu and salah with complete Taharah (purity), the salah will be invalidated if the wudhu breaks during salah and you will be asked to perform salah with a fresh wudhu. Likewise, if you recite the Quran holding it in hand and the wudhu breaks, you will have to perform fresh wudhu in order to hold the Quran, but one does not need to perform wudhu for reciting the Quran orally.
