Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 300/274=B/1430)

You will have to bath again when the bleeding will stop. The salah will not be valid if the bleeding continued.

Assalamualikum mufti sb, In our company toilet we dont have water, in that case after passing urine am taking tissue to clean my private parts, is that okey to use tissue paper if not please let me know what is the alternate way to clean??
