(Fatwa: 964/964=M/1429)

One is asked to observe fast after being baligh (major/mature) Islamically. If, before 15 year of age, one has the signs of majority like ejaculation etc then he or she will be considered baligh, otherwise after completing 15 years he will be regarded baligh.
