Title: Nafl fasting

Question: If I break nafl fast by making love with my wife what I have to do to fulfil that nafl fast? Do I have to repeat the fast or do I have to keep more than one fast? Please guide us because it is very common here for youngster. Please make dua for us that Allah guide us to real Islamic world.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 535/535/M=05/1435) Fast shall break if one has intercourse in the state of fast. If it is done in nafl fast then there is no kaffarah, only the qadha of one fast is enough.

Q. I'm suffering from a disease wherein Nasal passage gets blocked causing difficulty in breathing. To tide over the problem, I need to pour nasal decongestant in my nose every 2-3 hours. I enquired from a mufti and also from many Aalim about the pouring in of nasal dropm while Ramzan fasting. I'm in dilemma if pouring nasal drop during Ramzan fast is forbidden what would happen to my past rozas'; I'm still can not do without nasal decongenstant during this ramzan roza also. Please clearly advise me wheter pouring medicine in nose under my circumstance is strictly forbidden. What else should i do ? Sir, I have a restaurant in bhendi bazaar area mumbai and in that context would like to seek your opinion that is it right (the Islam way)to keep my restaurant operational even during the Holy month of Rzamzaan.
