Title: Tissue on private parts inside innerwear ,does this break roza.‏

Question: I take tissue and then do three folds of tissue and then put the tissue on private parts and then wear panties so that the panties remain dry, i just want the panty to be dry , now i have one question it doesnt go right inside , but it is there little very little inside , this helps me keep panty dry. i have heard anything that goes inside the private parts (vagina) breaks the fast. DOES THIS BREAK FAST? PLEASE HELP ME?ASAP. As today i am fasting.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1068/904/B=1432) If a woman puts anything in her vagina while it is dried, then her fast shall not break due to it. But if it has some liquid or any medicine or it is wet with oil or water, then the fast shall break by putting it. Since tissue papers are dried and nothing is on it hence fast shall not break if it is put inside vagina. ولو ادخل اصبعه فى استه او المرأة فى فرجها لا يفسد وهو المختار الا اذا كانت مبتلة بالماء او الدهن فحينئذ يفسد لوصول الماء أو الدهن (هنديه 1/24 بحر 2/487)
