Title: It is masnoon to fast on 13, 14 and 15 in every month of hijri calendar.

Question: It is masnoon to fast on 13, 14 and 15 in every month of hijri calendar. my question is if someone keeps kaza fast on those days which were due on him or if he is in the state of kaffarah then will he also get the benefits of masnoon sawm? or one have to intend specially for ayyame biz to get the benefits?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 493/493/M=1432) If you keep qaza or kaffarah fasts during Ayyam Beez (13th, 14th and 15th day of lunar month), then only the fast of qaza or kaffarah shall be valid. In order to get the reward of sunnah fasts you will have to keep them regularly.
