Title: Salah of musafir

Question: I am working for the job of project in Delhi from 8 years, my father is working at Unchahar form since last 35 years where he is allotted a quarter from company and also he made house at Lucknow. For which location I am treated as musafir whether Delhi, Lucknow or Unchahar. I am going to home (Unchahar/Lucknow) for 10 to 15 days.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 160/160/B=03/1437) You have your own home in Lucknow, so it shall be your native place. Whenever you visit Lucknow for one day or half a day you shall be muqim and you shall offer complete salah. And when you visit Delhi or Unchahar then in case you intend to stay there for fifteen days you shall be muqim there and offer full salah. And in case you intend to stay less than fifteen days then you shall be musafir and if you offer your salah alone then you shall do qasr.
