Question: What are the necessary requirements for one to give adhan in the masjid before any salah? Also is the necessary?

(Fatwa: 895/891/B=09/1436) One who avoids major sins, keeps Shariah beard, says azan in time and pronounces the words of azan correctly as well as knows the rulings of azan and salah timings.
