Title: Muadhin without a fist length beard

Question: In my mosque, the muazzin does not have a fist length beard. Is he allowed to give the adhan? What if he has a fist length beard but he smokes in public?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 669/552/B=05/1435) If he cuts his beard then his azan is makrooh tahrimi. However, merely by smoking cigarette his azan shall not be makrooh tahrimi. قال فى الدر المختار : يكره أذان جنب واقامته ..... وفاسق ولو عالماً . (الدر المختار 2/60)

Q. Some of our friends say that Isha prayer time starts just one hour and 15 minuts after Maghrib prayer. Is it true as per Hanafi Maslak. In North America during Summer season and due to day light saving timing Isha goes up to 10:56(as per local prayer time tables).
