Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 339/399=M/1429)

On the occasion of Hajj, it is not allowed for a haji to combine two salah in any condition except in Arafat and Muzdalifah. However, in a state of compulsion, one is allowed to perform two salah in a way that first salah is prayed in the last time and the second salah in its initial time.
