Title: Namaz in half sleev shirt

Question: Can I offer salah in half sleeve shirt? Is it right or wrong way because people say only satr should be covered during salah?

(Fatwa: 1313/1314/M=1433) It is necessary and wajib to cover the satr. It is masnoon to cover the hands along with elbow. It is makrooh to offer salah in half sleeve shirt.
