It is allowed to pray salah in non-Muslim's house provided the place where salah is offered is tahir (pure/clean):

وفی الدر المختار: ھی طھارۃ بدنہ من حدث و خبث و ثوبہ و مکانہ ای موضع قدمیہ او احداھما ان رفع الاخری، و موضع سجودہ اتفاقاً فی الاصح الخ۔
