    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 210/157/B=1433) (1) It is learnt by hadith that one should stand as soon as one sees the imam coming for leading salah. It is mentioned in Bukhari: لا تقوموا حتى ترونى خرجت . The holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said do not stand up (for prayer) unless you see me coming out of the room, i.e. one should stand in the beginning of the takbir. If someone could not stand up in the beginning of the takbir then he should at least stand up to Hayya ala al-Salah. (2) Yes, you can offer salah folding your pajama above the ankles. It is makrooh tahrimi to fold the clothes while in salah. (3) Yes, surely you should tell it. Whatever correct Islamic information you have you should share it.
