Title: Recitation of 1st KALMA after FARZ namaz

Question: Is it allowed to utter 1st kalma lowdly immediately after FARZ NAMAZ as is done in some masajid in Pakistan. Kindly also clarify the logic they have for this act. I find it very inconvenient if I join the namaz late and have to complete my farz namaz.

(Fatwa: 965/804/B=1432) We do not find the proofs of reciting First Kalimah just after salah loudly in the books of hadith and Fiqh; hence you would better ask them why they read it.
