Title: If I do wudhu any time(that is not the time of praying fardh namaz).

Question: If I do wudhu any time(that is not the time of praying fardh namaz). Can I offer tayyitulwudhu(2 rakah after wudhu) any time? Any other advice is heartly welcome.

(Fatwa: 896/896/M=1432) You can offer if it is not makrooh time.
