Title: I am residing in Dubai with my family since last many years but i travel to Mumbai & Delhi every month in business connection and stay each time 4 to 5 days at my brother's house so should i offer qasr salat there during my stay.

If Mumbai and Delhi is not your homeland, rather your brother lives there then in this case, if you stay for four or five days in Mumbai or Delhi, you will not be muqim, as long as you do not intend to stay there for fifteen days or more, you shall remain musafir. You will do qasr when you will offer salah alone or behind a musafir imam.
