(3)Kya asar ki farz namaz ba-jamat mein hum charon(all four) rakaton mein chup hi rahenge ya surah fatiha aur doosri koi surat padhenge.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1713/1347/B=1431)

(1) The preferable opinion is that smoking cigarette is makrooh tanzihi not haram.
(2) All the three ways of folding of hands are correct and proved by hadith. You are allowed to follow whatever way you wish. However according to Ahnaf, folding it below the navel involves more humbleness.
(3) According to Ahnaf, the muqtadis shall keep quite in all the four rakats and will not recite fatiha or any other surah. It is mentioned in sahih hadith:
انما جعل الامام ليوتم به فإذا كبر تكبروا و إذا قرأ فانصتوا.
Imam was appointed to be followed, so when he says, 'Allah Akbar,' say 'Allah Akbar' and when he recites keep quite.
It is mentioned in another hadith that:
قراءة الإمام قراءة له .
The recitation of imam is enough for muqtadi; he needs not to do any Qirah.
