Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1072/804/L=1431)

In this case you will complete your salah by doing sajda sahu. However, if you turned salam with the mim (م) of Imam's السلام or prior to it, in this case sajda sahu is not wajib. Usually muqtadis turn salam after the salam of Imam, hence we have mentioned the ruling of sajda sahu.
