The Salah of Ishraq is two rak?ah, there is no wrong if one performs it four rak?ah:

عن أَنَسِ بن مَالِكٍ قال قال رسول اللَّهِ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم: من صلى الْغَدَاةَ في جَمَاعَةٍ ثُمَّ قَعَدَ يَذْكُرُ اللَّهَ حتى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ ثُمَّ صلى رَكْعَتَيْنِ كانت له كَأَجْرِ حَجَّةٍ وَعُمْرَةٍ، قال: قال رسول اللَّهِ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم: تَامَّةٍ تَامَّةٍ تَامَّةٍ (ترمذي)
