(Fatwa: 1016/1016=M/1430)

The sajdah sahv (remedial prostration) does not become wajib only committing mistake in qiraah (recitation of the Quran) or by forgetting a verse. But if one keeps quite equal to the time of reciting SaubhanAllah thrice after forgetting, he must perform sajdah sahv (remedial prostration).
