Title: Is it true that the Salah(Prayer) offered by a person gets damaged if a woman suddenly comes in his sight? If it true, please mention whether is there any exception for any woman(eg. Mahram-like mother, wife etc.)? Is it valid for each part of the woman's body or feet/legs are exempted?

No, it is not right, only by passing of women the salah is not nullified, whatever woman she is.
