Muqtadi should not recite the Quran not even Surah Fatihah behind an imam, whether the salah is silent like Zuhr and Asr or it loud:

والمؤتم لا یقرء مطلقا ولا الفاتحۃ في السریۃ اتفاقاً (درمختار(

Q. Assalamualikum Mufti Sahib? I am working in Oman, In general most of the Masjid?s and I have some issues in Namaz, can u please clarify the same, please see below the same. 1.
