(Fatwa: 490/478=N)

(1) Though the nikah is not affected by this abhorrent act, but this act is haram and a major sin.

(2) The perpetrator should repent to Allah. If he keeps on seeking forgiveness from Allah and does not think of repeating the act again then it is hoped that he will be forgiven:

قال تعالی: ان اللہ لا یغفر أن یشرک بہ و یغفر ما دون ذلک لمن یشاء (الآیۃ)

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best
