    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

    (Fatwa: 24/48/M=1/1443)

The dung of hen, duck or cow is impure and Nijasat-e-Ghalizah (with severe impurity), whether it is dry or wet, and it is thick impurity so if it smears in clothes etc. the weight of four and half Masha or less then it may be permissible to offer salah without washing, but it is bad not to wash and continue praying in the same condition; therefore, it is better to wash. And if it is more than that, then it is not permissible to offer salah without washing it. (Akhtari Bahishti Zewar, vol 2)
