Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 850/733=B/1429)

(1) No, As per Islam it is impermissible.

(2) Paying money in instalment with interest on buying a car on loan is not allowed. If you fix all the instalments including interest as total price of the car and purchase the car on the total price then keep on paying the instalments. In this way, buying a car will be permissible.

This results a fixed monthly installment to be paid and there would not be a change in the installment, period of settlement, additional amount I am supposed to pay the bank. So my question is Can I relate this to the Islamic system since everything is pre-determined and my monthly installment is also fixed. please reply me.
