Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 328=329/L)

If the Shia girl is not having any belief leading to Kufr (infidelity) and she is not doing Taqayyah (a Shia belief to say or act against what is in ones heart) then it is allowable to marry such a girl. Nevertheless, it is better to marry any pious Sunni girl.
