Question: (1) If someone kisses (in lips & tongues) his wife's real younger brother (sala) with lust, will it invalidate his nikah with his wife? What if the same case is with wife's real sister? If nikah is not terminated then what is the kaffarah for this kind of act. (2) Kissing a young boy or a girl is forbidden in Islam. If someone done this then what is the kaffarah for this act.

(Fatwa: 163/163/M=03/1436) (1) In both the cases, the nikah of husband and wife will not come to an end; the nikah shall remain intact. But he shall be sinful due to this unlawful act. It is necessary to do taubah and istighfar for the same. (2) It is not unlawful to kiss very small boy or girl out of love but it is not lawful out of lust. And in case they are adolescent it should be avoided.
