Title: I want to know whether I can use protection covers when having sexual intercourse with my wife

Question: I want to know whether I can use protection covers when having sexual intercourse with my wife, because she underwent a creaser operation before 2 months and her Gynecologist advised not to have pregnancy upto next 1 1/2 years. So is it permissible to use tablets or condom? Please reply in English.

(Fatwa: 1151/965/B=1433) In the case mentioned above, you may use protection covers or contraceptives pills as per the instruction of doctor upto next one and a half year.
