Question: I want to know if Nikah remains in existence if the couple whose marriage has been solemnized four years ago, but still they have no physical relation as the marriage was done forcefully. None of them has any problem in their reproduction system none of them has any problem in them biologically. And after how many days Nikah will diminish if no physical contact has been done if both are biologically fit and are capable of reproduction. Kindly reply me as soon as possible.

(Fatwa: 1902/L=574/TL=1432) If husband and wife do not have intercourse for a long time it does not have any effect on the nikah. Nikah comes to and end by giving talaq or doing khula.
