If your bhabhi kept silent when her father sought her permission at the time of nikah and she signed the nikahnama (marriage paper) without rejecting it verbally then the nikah was valid, now there is no need to renew the nikah:

فسکتت عن ردہ مختارۃ، و فی الشامی: اما لو اخذھا عطاس او سعال حین اخبرت فلما ذھب قالت: لا ارضی او اخذ فمھا ثم ترک فقالت: ذلک صح ردھا لان سکوتھا کان عن اضطرار (الشامی: 4/160)
