Did nikah was solemnized in love marriage according to shariah? If it was not done, then you should correct your nikah according to Islamic ruling. Islamic ruling is that both of you at least have made ijab-o-qubool (proper exchange of nikah words) in the presence of two Muslim witnesses. It is not enough only to sign the paper. If you made your nikah according to shariah, you should see Bahishti Zewar Vol. 9, P. 86-91, there are two practices written chose one of them and follow it.
