    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

    (Fatwa: 408/315/B=1431)

It is mentioned in the holy Quran:

    فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَاحِدَةً .[النساء : 3]

But, if you fear that you will not maintain equity, then (keep to) one woman.

It is not good for you to mar your akhirah by not maintaining equity. When you admit your weakness, then after marrying the widow who knows what cruelty you would inflict. Hence you are advised to take step for second marriage taking in consideration this order of Almighty Allah.
