Title: Validity of nikah.

Question: It is very important for me to know the answer. If a girl has signed the nikahnama in which the name of representative and amount of mahr has been written. But the name of representative mistakenly has been written in place of one of witness. And the name of witness in place of name of representative. If the real representative takes the permission from the girl and girl says yes. After that a Qadi in presence of representative and two witness do the process of ijab-o-qubul with the bridegroom. Is this nikah valid? Please provide me the answer.

Yes, nikah was valid in the above mentioned case.
