Please clarify whether this system is correct and please inform me that what is the sunnat system of greeting the eid after eid prayers. (Fatwa: 2085/1664=/1429)

Doing musafaha (shaking hands) and hugging specially after Eid prayer is said to be the custom of the Shias. Neither after Eid is a time for musafaha nor after Fajr and Asr; this is a Shiite custom. We should not follow these customs. However, there is no wrong to say 'Eid Mubarak' to each other. It is lawful to do musafaha with one hand as well, but it is better to do it with both the hands.
