The company that i work for is giving medical benefit for employees, wife and 2 children with no amount being payed. At the same time, it gives benefits for parents at some amount being paid. The prevalent medical insurance is based on gambling which is unlawful as per the Shariah.

As far as your health insurance is concerned you should write its rules and regulations in detail, then we can have a say in the matter.
