Title: visa and master cridet cards

Question: I am Indian residing in kuwait, since three years i was using visa and master credit card for purchasing the items from store or purchasing the online air tickets etc, but i have never witdrawn cash amount,and payment i pay every month what ever i used amount in credit card the bank will divide the amount/12months what is the result it will take the money, and every month they take charges for the visa and master card, just like fee,My question is these types of card will come under INTEREST PAYEMENT OR NOT, EVERY MONTH THEY WILL DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT,PLEASE CLARIFY

(Fatwa: 988/L=394/TL=1432) If a bank receives some amount as fee for providing the facilities, then it is not interest. As far as the matter of using different cards is concerned, if the bank does not receive extra amount in case of making a purchase through these cards then its use is alright.
