(Fatwa: 25/25/M=01/1435) It would have been far better had you written the concept and belief of people regarding Amavasa (Dark Night) and Poormnima (Full Moon Night) in order to learn the Islamic ruling regarding it. However, Muslims can marry in Amavasa and Poormnima; there is no harm in it. It is wrong concept what people consider marrying during these nights as evil omen.
