    Title: With all respect I have a few questions in regards to parent?s properties distribution. (Parents properties are not using by all in present) Q-1 Is it must distribute properties urgently after parent?s inthikaal (death)? (If we have problem in brothers) Q-2 Is it must distribute properties urgently after parent?s inthikaal (death)? ( If we have no problem in brothers & sisters.) If answer to hold parents properties distribution please tell me how much years we can prolong. Q-3 our sisters are not wants properties but all brothers are ready to give. Please tell us what we can do?

    Yes, it is necessary to divide the property among the heirs immediately after the death of parents. It is not lawful to postpone it. There are too many problems and complications in postponing it. You should necessarily give the share to the sisters. You must convince them and give them their due rights. It is Hindu custom that brothers do not give the sisters their share or the sisters do not accept it. Whatever shares and rights one has, he or she should receive it.
