(Fatwa: 1113/918/D=11/1438)

In the question mentioned above if the deceased did not leave any other heir except those mentioned above then her property shall be divided into 13 shares, after taking out the expenses of her funeral and the debt if she has taken any. Out of the total, 2-2 shares shall go to each son while each daughter shall get 1-1 share.
