(Fatwa: 1139/1139=M/1429)

The PF amount deducted from your salary, if it is deducted without your choice and an equal amount is added from the company then the addition on the total amount will not be considered interest, it is a gift from the company and it is permissible to receive and use it. But, if the PF amount is deducted with your choice then the additional amont received on it will be considered is interest and unlawful.
