Title: My question is that , say , there is a muslim boy and he has a non muslim girlfriend( I know it is not allowed to have even a muslim girl friend). This person has an affair with her and finally it ends up with their marriage , but the boy has converted the girl and she is a muslim now.So now this person has indeed done a great good deed and converted one soul to muslim. Now , on the other hand, there is another boy who always protects his gaze and does not even talks to girls ( fearing that he might break orders of Allah (S.W.T) ) so this boy would actually never be in a situation where he would convert a non muslim girl and thus can never do this good deed. Now My question is that , who is dearer to Allah S.W.T. more? the first one ( who actually first broke order of Allah by having a G.F. but then ended up with a very good deed) or the 2nd person , who was never in such a situation so he never did that deed?

    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

If that girl embraced Islam already with sincerity of heart and then the Muslim boy married her as per the Shariah, the nikah would be valid. On the other hand, the second boy is dearer to Allah, for whatever he has done is because of piety (taqwa) and fear of Allah. And whoever bears these good characters, he is surely dearer to Allah. While, the first boy follows lust at the first step even he commits a major sin, and a man possessing these habits becomes far away for being dear to Allah, but sometimes he deserves the curse of Allah. And if the girl is not true in her intention of Islam, but she embraced it for the sake of lust and clearing the way for marriage then there is fear of more dangers.
