    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1426/1423/N=11/1434) (1) It is necessary as per the Islamic Shariah for males not to talk to strange women without severe need as it causes lots of evils. Hence it shall in no way be lawful for males and adult boys to share a single flat without purdah etc. (2) It is not lawful to do the job as engineer in the IT department of a bank as it involves the supervision of the interest based calculations of the bank. And the salary which one derives from the job of interest based dealings shall not be lawful and halal.
