    Title: We have joint family and we have garment shop. On that shop My Father, uncle, brother and cousin is seating. My father is not giving any salary to them, but my uncle is giving some money daily on that way that my father did not know about that. So can they take that money or it is haram?

    (Fatwa: 423/398/N=1434) If the shop is owned by only your father i.e. he has opened the shop with his personal money and he manages all the materials in the shop with his money, while your uncle and others have no partnership, they are not paid employees rather they sit in the shop just for the sake of relation, then it will not be allowed for them to take any amount secretly without the permission of your father. They can take only after permission from your father.
