Title: If a person passes an examination

Question: If a person passes an examination by cheating (e.g. copying or any other improper means) and gets a degree and with that degree he gets a job and earns his living. Whether in this condition his earnings from that source is halal or haram?

(Fatwa: 802/668/B=1433) Yes, his income is halal provided he does his assigned job well and fulfils his duty. He gets the salary of his work; hence that salary is lawful and halal without any doubt.
