Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 619/619/M=1433) If tobacco is injurious to body then its consumption is unlawful; otherwise it is allowable. And if the tobacco has bad smell or used as a fashion then it is makrooh.

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best
